(Soon) Great. Now is a great time to sell because inventory is so low. Unfortunately, an automated value is only as good as the information available and doesn’t take into account important details like the condition of your home or it’s location. For that, you need a professional like me to come out and take a look at the home. Since you want to get your home sold soon, we should probably get that done as soon as possible. Is Wednesday at 7pm or Thursday at 2pm the best time for me to come over?
