Wrong Value or Range Too Large

Home Value Leads has worked hard to get access to the most accurate data possible. Even as good as it is, some people will complain that the value was wrong or that the value range is too large. 

DO NOT think of this as a negative thing! People are actually TALKING to you, which is the first step in developing a relationship. You need to talk back, and prove why YOU are the professional that they should be working with. Here is the script that I use:

"Hey *Name*, 

Thank you for contacting me about this and I completely understand your concerns. Unfortunately, an automated value is only as good as the data that is available to it. It can't take into account features of your home such as recent updates, a fabulous kitchen, a great view, or a great location. Luckily, I'm a real life professional who can. The only way to get a 100% accurate valuation is for us to schedule a time for me to come over and take a look at all of the features of your property. Would 6pm on Thursday or 3pm on Saturday be best for you?"
